Shipping policy

At Youman, all orders are carefully packed and shipped from Australia using Australia Post.

Shipping Options
We currently offer two shipping methods within Australia.
  •  Standard Shipping: economical delivery option
  •  Express Shipping: faster delivery for when you need it sooner

We currently offer Standard shipping only for International zones 

  • International zones include: New Zealand, United States, Canada, Europe, United Kingdom & Asia Pacific.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected option.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after purchase.
During busy periods (such as launches or sales), processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are:
  • Standard Shipping: approximately 3–7 business days
  • Express Shipping: approximately 1–3 business days (Australia only)

  • International shipping: subject to Australia Post delivery timeframes. For more approximate calculations, refer to tracking details.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on Australia Post delays, public holidays, or peak periods.

Tracking
All orders are shipped with tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once your order has been handed over to Australia Post, delivery is outside of our control. If your parcel is delayed or missing, we recommend contacting Australia Post directly with your tracking number, and we will also assist where possible.

Packaging 
All orders are shipped using Australia Post prepaid satchels to ensure reliable and trackable delivery within Australia, and rigid mailers for International orders.
